Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) form

The present Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement constitutes an integral part of the present Payday Loan Agreement. Each term, clause and authorization given are directly related to the Loan Agreement.

Authorization Agreement

I hereby authorize A.S. Shaikh Projects Ltd., and all affiliated websites to initiate automatic withdrawals from my account at the financial institution named below until full repayment of the amount and charges due to A.S. Shaikh Projects Ltd., on the due dates as specified in the agreement between both parties.

This agreement will remain in effect until A.S. Shaikh Projects Ltd., receives a written notice of cancellation form from me at support@i-lend.info at least 3 business days before the next debit is scheduled. This notice is available upon request to the company.

To obtain a sample cancellation form, or for more information on my right to cancel a PAD Agreement, I may contact my financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca.

I have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, I have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement.
