Employer Name
*In Alberta and Nova Scotia, if you repay your loan in advance, you will not be able to reapply until the final payment due date indicated in your loan agreement. For more information, please refer to : https://i-lend.ca/faq/c/reapplying/q/repay-advance-new-loan
*In Manitoba, you have to wait 7 days after your final payment date before you can reapply for a new loan, in accordance with Manitoba regulations.
If your loan has been repaid on the exact repayment dates of your previous loan agreement and you cannot yet reapply, this means that we have not received the response from the bank for your final payment yet.
After your final loan payment has been debited from your bank account, it takes 4 full business days for the bank to send us confirmation of that payment transaction. If you wish to reapply before then, send us a proof of payment by email (at least 1 day after your payment date) to documents@i-lend.ca and put “Proof of Payment” as the subject of your email.
–
If the payment of your loan left your account with a negative balance, make sure to send a proof of overdraft protection to documents@i-lend.ca and “Proof of overdraft protection” as the title.
Bad proof of payment:
Be sure to send your proof of payment from the same email you used to create your i-LEND account at https://i-lend.ca.
i-LEND reserves the right to refuse a proof of payment if it determines that your proof of payment does not respect the criteria.
